Vogt, Sr. and Frank Montufar bring niche mortgage lending to a fine art.  Customer service driven, product expertise and the business relationships to get the job done, Steve and Frank host a weekly cable television show educating customers on the nuts and bolts of retail mortgage products.  The “FHA Classroom” and “All About Reverse Mortgages” have been on the air for the last two and half years reaching over 2.5 million households weekly.  As Branch Managers for Lincoln Mortgage and representing Bank of America for Reverse Mortgages, Steve and Frank are licensed to do business as Mortgage Bankers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Florida for all mortgage products including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and HECM (reverse) loan products.  Steve and Frank conduct seminars regularly for Senior Citizens, first time homebuyers and the Real Estate Professional along with educating mortgage originators within Lincoln Mortgage Company and other financial institutions.  Both are noted contributors publishing articles in numerous newspapers and trade magazines.  Steve and Frank annually host a charity golf event known as the Samaritan Cup benefitting the Meals on Wheels Foundation bringing a hot meal to our less fortunate Senior Citizens.
